Roles We're Hiring For
Export Sales Executive
Develop and manage overseas buyers for our threaded bar and fastener range, owning the cycle from first enquiry to repeat order.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage distributors, traders and EPC buyers across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia.
- Prepare quotations and proforma invoices, negotiate price and Incoterms, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with production, QC and logistics so commitments on lead time and certification are met.
- Maintain the buyer pipeline and report on enquiries, conversions and market feedback.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in B2B export or industrial sales; fasteners, steel or hardware an advantage.
- Comfortable with HS codes, Incoterms and export documentation basics.
- Strong written English and a confident, organised approach to follow-up.
Quality Control Engineer
Own product quality on the floor and in the lab, and keep our certifications audit-ready.
What You'll Do
- Run mechanical and dimensional testing across incoming material and finished goods.
- Issue EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates and maintain traceability by batch.
- Investigate non-conformances, drive corrective action, and support customer and third-party audits.
- Keep test records, calibration and quality documentation in order.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical engineering.
- Familiarity with fastener standards (e.g. EN ISO 898-1, ASTM A193) and testing methods.
- Methodical, detail-driven, and comfortable with documentation.
Production Supervisor — Thread Rolling
Run the thread-rolling and finishing lines to hit output and quality targets, safely and on schedule.
What You'll Do
- Plan and supervise shift operations across thread rolling, cutting and finishing.
- Set and monitor machines, manage changeovers, and minimise downtime and rejection.
- Coordinate manpower and material flow to meet the daily production plan.
- Enforce safety standards and housekeeping on the floor.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years supervising a fastener, forging or machining production line.
- Hands-on understanding of thread rolling and finishing processes.
- Able to lead a shift team and keep a calm, organised floor.
Export Documentation Executive
Prepare accurate export documentation and keep shipments moving with forwarders and customs agents.
What You'll Do
- Prepare invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and shipping instructions.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHAs on bookings, B/Ls and timelines.
- Manage letter-of-credit and compliance requirements document by document.
- Track shipments and keep sales and buyers updated on status.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in export documentation or freight coordination.
- Working knowledge of B/L, COO, LC terms and customs paperwork.
- Precise, deadline-driven and well organised.
CAD / Design Engineer
Turn client drawings into manufacturable formwork and scaffolding components, and keep our spec library current.
What You'll Do
- Produce and revise 2D/3D drawings for formwork and scaffolding hardware.
- Translate buyer requirements and standards into manufacturable specifications.
- Maintain the product and drawing library and support sampling.
- Work with production and QC to resolve design-for-manufacture questions.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical engineering with CAD proficiency (AutoCAD / SolidWorks).
- Understanding of steel components, tolerances and fabrication.
- Clear, structured documentation habits.
Digital Marketing Executive
Grow our web presence and B2B lead pipeline across the product catalogue and export markets.
What You'll Do
- Manage and improve the website, product catalogue and SEO.
- Run B2B campaigns and content that generate qualified export enquiries.
- Maintain professional profiles and outreach across relevant channels.
- Report on traffic, leads and campaign performance.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in B2B / industrial digital marketing.
- Hands-on with SEO, web content and basic analytics.
- Self-starting and comfortable owning the digital pipeline.
