How We Make It
Threads are produced on hydraulic threading machines built for precision and repeatability — the dimensional accuracy and uniformity engineers depend on when a thread has to perform reliably under sustained load, batch after batch.
Production runs through controlled stages — raw material selection, forming, threading, finishing, and surface treatment — with checks built in along the way rather than bolted on at the end.
